This Privacy Policy explains how MAXPRINT PORTAL LLC (operating CupCup by MaxPrint, the website at cupcup.ae) collects, uses, and protects information you share with us when you request a quote, place an order, or browse our website.

What we collect

Order & quote details — name, business name, email, phone number, delivery address, artwork files, and order specifications you submit through our quote builder, contact form, or checkout.
Payment information — handled exclusively by our PCI-compliant payment provider (Nomod). We never store full card numbers on our servers.
Browsing data — pages visited, products viewed, language and currency preferences. Stored in cookies and analytics tools (see Cookie Policy).
Website activity — when you add to cart, start checkout, place an order, click WhatsApp or call, use the price calculator or send a form, we record that action with a random visitor ID stored in your browser and how you reached us (for example a Google or Meta ad, a search or another website). If you later send us your details through a form or an order, this activity is linked to them so we can help you with the products you looked at. We do not store your IP address, and activity records are deleted after 180 days.

How we use it

To produce and deliver the cups you ordered.
To send order updates, payment receipts, and (when you opt in) occasional marketing emails about new products or seasonal offers.
To improve the website experience, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the third-party providers we need to operate: our courier partner for delivery, Nomod for payments, Resend for transactional email, and Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel (when you accept cookies; they receive the actions listed above, without your name or phone number, to measure which ads work). We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or delete it entirely by emailing info@cupcup.ae. We respond within 30 days.

Retention

Order records are retained for 7 years to satisfy UAE accounting and tax (VAT) regulations. Marketing-only contacts are deleted within 12 months of inactivity. Website activity records are deleted automatically after 180 days.
