This Privacy Policy explains how MaxPrint Printing Services LLC (operating CupCup by MaxPrint, the website at cupcup.ae) collects, uses, and protects information you share with us when you request a quote, place an order, or browse our website.

What we collect

Order & quote details — name, business name, email, phone number, delivery address, artwork files, and order specifications you submit through our quote builder, contact form, or checkout.
Payment information — handled exclusively by our PCI-compliant payment provider (Nomod). We never store full card numbers on our servers.
Browsing data — pages visited, products viewed, language and currency preferences. Stored in cookies and analytics tools (see Cookie Policy).

How we use it

To produce and deliver the cups you ordered.
To send order updates, payment receipts, and (when you opt in) occasional marketing emails about new products or seasonal offers.
To improve the website experience, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the third-party providers we need to operate: our courier partner for delivery, Nomod for payments, Resend for transactional email, and Google Analytics / Meta Pixel (when you accept analytics cookies). We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or delete it entirely by emailing info@cupcup.ae. We respond within 30 days.

Retention

Order records are retained for 7 years to satisfy UAE accounting and tax (VAT) regulations. Marketing-only contacts are deleted within 12 months of inactivity.
